4. Delivery & Installation

  • We provide doorstep delivery and installation for eligible locations in Tamil Nadu.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and customer location.

  • Customers must ensure compatibility of the selected battery with their vehicle/equipment.

5. Warranty & Replacement

  • All batteries come with the manufacturer’s warranty as per brand policy.

  • Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the terms set by Amaron or the respective manufacturer.

  • Agnes Battery acts as a facilitator for warranty services but final decisions rest with the manufacturer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Once a battery has been installed, it is non-returnable unless covered under warranty.

  • Refunds are processed only for cancellations made before product dispatch.

  • Service charges, delivery charges, or installation fees are non-refundable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details while placing orders.

  • Proper maintenance of the battery as per manufacturer guidelines is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any misuse, physical damage, or negligence will void the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Agnes Battery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law
